Can you put up some photos of your alpha tank setup? Do you use a filter etc?

My first tank. They are hiding of course.

Just a simple tank with no filter.
I wanted to ask, have you ever gotten the alphas to release larvae in your tank? I'm seriously thinking of getting some.

I see they are in stock at shrimpmart. Hope you have better luck with larvae. Now you need a female and a male.

From what I've read they become berried more often then Opae ula but the lava don't seem to survive longer then a few days?

For me, I didn't see them but I know what to do the next time it happens.

Do they require a higher SG to survive?

Don't know. Wish someone can answer. From your research, do you know of anyone that had success?
