Previously I bought some Chaetomorpha, but I didn't notice that there are some white bug / insect looking thing in the plant, so right now my tank is full of those little guys. I think they are breeding. So hard to catch all of them.

If they congregate near the surface of the water i wouldn't worry about them, they will grow in quantity and reduce over time too. They wont hurt the shrimp.
