Interesting. Next time when you feed, see if the berried mom with cherry eggs eat the wafers.

Spotted her this evening, indeed she does feed on the wafers. Cos of her size she managed to snatch one whole wafer for herself and swim off somewhere secluded to enjoy it.

In less happy news, spotted one of the green brood moms and it looks like she lost half her clutch of eggs. Probably a first time Mom. Looked around the tank but I saw neither young nor green eggs.

Interesting, so not all who eat the wafer have green eggs.

Any update on the eggs? Did they turn into green larvae?
