Opae Ula also vary in colors. Granted when they're stressed they become less colorful. Depending on the quantity of opae will determine the amount of feeding. I also suggest feeding at the beginning to get the cycle going. Feed 1-2x a week for 8 weeks and see what's going on in the tank.

Hi Vorteil,

Thanks I put one Hikari shrimp cuisine (mainly composed of spirulina) in and scoop it out after one night of being left out as I noticed the shrimps are nocturnal and only come out at night. Or maybe my water Params are bad and they hide during the day.

But I digress, changing to the hikari feed because the powder is hard to scoop back up since the shrimps won’t come to the water surface.
