Anyone else upset at this lack of content? When I’m driving I like to listen to podcasts or other informational videos. Most opae videos are visual, which is great for at home but not for driving.

Any suggestions or recommendations of things to listen to or videos with talking?

Anything! Answering common questions (from forums), best ways to buffer your Tank, what to do if shrimp is acting like *example*. A video showing your set up and WHY you set it that way and why it is successful. Fails, too. Basically what’s on this forum haha. I just watch a lot of “Fish” videos with this type of info.

In the UK these shrimp are very new, I am selling to a lot of people in the hope they become very popular and common, especially with how their natural habitats are heading. I feel it’s the same for most of Europe as I get a lot of people asking me to export. Shame I can’t really as I’d have to get a licence and that costs money etc.

Maybe when there is an abundance of these shrimp world wide they will be as common on YouTube as fish and stuff.

I always have people asking me to sell to them that are out of the US. I had shipped out of the county maybe a half dozen times without any issues. I'd declare what I was shipping not knowing that there were fees and an export license required. Check out this old link. It talks about what it takes to import/export. Imports easy it's the exporting that's costly.

That was a really cool video. It's nice to see aquarium channels with big followings on YouTube promoting opae ula tanks. Opae ula are great options for people who don't have the time, space and/or money for other aquarium creatures. f we promote opae ula keeping, it will reduce the chance of people keeping things like goldfish in tiny unfiltered bowls and tanks. And of course, as the opae ula keeping hobby grows, we will be able to learn more about the shrimp and maybe even selectively breed them.
