I wonder if I also have some of them since I used "live" water from the atlantic ocean, now a thick brown algae covers one of the side walls also unknown filamentous brown algae its growing and little patches of something that looks red cyanobacteria

I guess you would see them if you have them!

I agree you will see them dancing near the waters surface down to about an inch.

I have thousands of the tiny white dots and also bigger microfauna like copepods or cyclops, its normal since I used not filtered ocean water

I have the same tiny white dots from time to time. Comes in waves and then dies off.
