Opae Ula being are to the extreme when it comes to how simple their requirements are. Almost to the point "just add water". So why do we continue to make it harder than it has to be. These are not like CRS. I had to learn too.

One reason could be that we want some diversity and want to emulate a real natural cycle and environment in there after we had a look at the natural habitat? A totally walled in natural habitat they don't have. It does fluctuate in there. There are also little plants in there and stuff. So we want only the best. And fail sometimes.

But you are right. Keep it simple is the way to go.
