I use a 25 litre food grade plastic container.. typical fish keeper size and shape. The place has trolleys to move it to your car then I just have to carry it to my house from my car.. it’s about 25kg in weight.

Every 6 months. It waste alot of water to make a gallon so I turned it off. I use tap water with chlorine remover to top off tanks. No issues and the water is pretty safe to drink in Northern California.

Interesting.

Here in Vienna the water is top notch mountain water without any additives. But I am still filtering it. Just to be on the safe side.

Water in the UK has Chlorine, fluoride, heavy metals like lead.. possibility of pesticides etc.. Not safe for shrimp tanks unfortunately. Have a google on UK tap water additives if you are interested. :ow:
