In other news, I stepped up my brewing to using malted grains and hops, from scratch. Delicious, but takes me 6-7 hours per brew...

Mate i would be so jealous right now if it were not for xmas.... i have drunk so much over the festive period i could of impressed a viking lol.

Oddly I didn't really drink that much. I gave quite a bit away to family. My liver thanks me.... lol

I actually did a brew New Years Eve, finished at 11:40 at night, didn't drink a drop..... A yummy Saison (hopefully) with lots of honey in it.
